Why You should become a Knight!

Our council is conducting a membership campaign for Catholic Men, 18 years or older. The Knights of Columbus is the Largest Catholic Service Organization in the world and we are tireless in our search for new members. Men of character and conviction, who selflessly serve their families, church and communities. 

The Knights of Columbus is an active volunteer fraternal organizations that raises awareness for important needs and causes. The knights generate much needed funds to support a variety of charitable activities. The Knights have volunteered millions of hours and raised more than a billion dollars all with the intent to benefit humanity. 

As a knight, you too, can make an impact through enduring faith and unfaltering fellowship. One man can truely make a difference as was demonstrated by our founder venerable Father Michael McGivney. Our Lady of Mount Carmel council was founded in 2012 to provide more direct support to our pastor, our priests and deacon. This new council is your chance to make a difference in our parish. We often hear from men in our parish that "No one has ever asked me to join The Knights of Columbus". We are asking you now to consider joining our growing ranks and make a difference. 

The KofC #15499 business meeting is the first thursday of the Month at 7pm at OLMC Dome. Fellowship starts at 6pm. The KofC # 15499 Officers meeting is the last Thursday of the month at 7pm in the OLMC Dome. Please contact Grand Knight, Romy Cereno, at (707) 208-7429 for information
